NAVSEA SeaPort Enhanced

The NAVSEA SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract was awarded to iBASEt in May 2005, and represents the vehicle by which iBASEt and its team members support the various areas of interest as defined in the Navy’s 22 Functional Areas. The iBASEt team expertise and experience reach across all of the Functional Areas (FAs), and spans virtually the entire scope of Geographical Areas serviced by the compendium of SeaPort-e acquisition offices.

General Services Administration (GSA) IDIQs

iBASEt is currently the holder of two IDIQ contracts awarded through the GSA. Each is discussed briefly in the following paragraphs.

The GSA Schedule 70 – IT contract was awarded in January 2008, and provides contractual coverage in the areas of Term Software Licenses, Perpetual Software Licenses, Maintenance of Commercial IT Software, Training Courses and IT Professional Services.

The GSA Schedule 874 – MOBIS contract, awarded in February 2007, serves as the vehicle for business opportunities pertaining to general Consulting Services and Program Integration and Project Management Services.

United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) IDIQ

The USAMS I and II IDIQ contracts provide a full range of Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to USSTRATCOM, the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), and the Air Force Weather Agency (AFWA). The scope of this contract includes support to all missions and requirements of USSTRATCOM, and efforts include the mission areas of full-spectrum global strike, space operations, computer network operations, DoD information operations, strategic warning, integrated missile defense, global Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), nuclear deterrence, and deterring and defending against the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

 

ENCORE II IDIQ

The ENCORE II contract vehicle provides the DoD and other federal agencies with a convenient way to purchase the full range of IT solutions from IT engineering and integration to hardware/software procurements and IT operational support services. CNTPO IDIQ

The U.S. Department of Defense Counter-Narcoterrorism Technology Program Office (CNTPO) has the lead for developing technology for interagency and multinational operations to disrupt, deter and deny narcoterrorist activities in an effort to reduce trafficking in illegal narcotics and materials that support global terrorist activities. The CNTPO provides all federal Government agencies with a rapid response contracting vehicle that can award work quickly to support any counter-narcotics or counter-narcoterrorism operation or program anywhere in the world, domestic included.

 

DoD Logistics, Maintenance and Supply Support (LMSS) IDIQ for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)

This contract supports the total life cycle systems management for business process services and solutions for logistics, maintenance, and supply functions and associated technologies. These services / solutions include all life cycle management activities associated with the planning, implementation, execution, and retirement of business processes and systems solutions for DoD Logistics, Maintenance and Supply Support activities and associated business initiatives, as well as those activities required for moving to an enterprise-wide, life cycle alignment of resources and outputs to achieve top-down performance driven outcomes.

 

SPAWAR IDIQ

This contract supports the Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center – San Diego. Support includes systems engineering, software development, integration and testing, technical services, and management services for process improvement automation in Navy enterprise areas such as ship and shore installation, acquisition, manpower, collaborative virtual environment and cost estimating.

 

Command Battle Lab / Ft. Huachuca BPA / IDIQ

This BPA for IT Services for Hardware / Software Development and Program Management Support for the ongoing mission of the Battle Command Battle Lab – Huachuca (BCBL-H) and other Federal organizations located at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The contract spans five (5) years, and the Task Orders (TOs) will address one or more of the following possible categories:
