CAPABILITIES / AREAS OF EXPERTISE :
Camber’s Information Security and Intelligence Support Division provides network security and information assurance analysis to both government and commercial customers. Camber's certified network and security engineers provide a full range of Information Assurance services including, multilayered virus protection systems, vulnerability assessments, network security configuration management, firewalls, and intrusion detection and prevention systems. Our information security management staff specializes in securing Intelligence and Defense Department networks by evaluating information security programs and practices of organizations to determine their compliance with FISMA, DCID 6/3, DIACAP, NIACAP and the Joint DoDIIS/Cryptologic SCI Information System Security Standards (JDCSISSS). Our intelligence analysis and information operations (IO) experts provide intelligence support to information operations by conducting and preparing studies, analysis, and project management tasks to support technical IO assessments, including computer network attack and electronic warfare scenarios. We conduct the analyses to determine Information Assurance (IA) requirements applicable to given system and network architectures; provide recommendations of products and solutions to satisfy applicable IA requirements; and develop security architectures that satisfy the IA requirements applicable to the Intelligence Community. This includes supporting security test and evaluations and analyses of inherent security features of the Department of Navy (DON) Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Command, Control, Communications, Computer Intelligence (C4I) systems. Camber also provides engineering and certifier support to the SSO Navy IA Department Top Secret and Below Interface (TSABI) Protection Level 3 and 4 programs and (DICAST) and Information Assurance Policy Board (IAPB) briefings and policy initiatives. Camber is ISO 9001 certified and Camber’s Information Technology Modeling, Simulation and Software Engineering Division has been assessed at SEI-CMM Level III by an independent agency.
