Quality delivery of products and services is fundamental to achieving the iBASEt
Corporate goal of creating and maintaining a solid base of satisfied customers.
Each organizational unit within iBASEt is committed to not only achieving this
goal, but to continuously improving our efforts in its attainment.
iBASEt provides a diverse mix of products, systems and service solutions to a
wide variety of customers, including direct defense and government customers,
prime contractors and commercial customers across a broad range of industries.
Each iBASEt division, program or project adheres to differing requirements
governing how they deliver quality products or services to their specific
customers; as a result, individual quality programs are uniquely tailored for
each effort.
Common to all our tailored quality plans are key core principles:
- A focus on managed processes as fundamental
to delivering quality;
- Documented Project Plans for all customer
engagements;
- Project and process management that includes
appropriate metrics;
- Strong requirements development and
management as the foundation for defining and achieving quality delivery;
- Continuous validation of requirements with
the customer throughout the program;
- Explicit verification that requirements are
satisfied at defined points in the effort; and
- Continuous evaluation and improvement of
processes, both internally and with customers.
iBASEt has a comprehensive Continuous Process Improvement program,
incorporating the SEI CMMI process reference model as its base.
