This contract vehicle is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for IT Services for Hardware / Software Development and Program Management Support for the on-going mission of the Battle Command Battle Lab – Huachuca (BCBL-H) and other Federal organizations located at Ft. Huachuca, Arizona.
The BPA spans a total of five (5) years, and awarded Task Orders will support the following potential categories:
Development of MASINT Toolkits and Collection Management Toolkits
Development of Intelligence Software Toolkits
Hardware-Sensor Communications
Expansion and/or enhancement of developed software for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) system
Program Management
DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) for all developed software and hardware and/or associated application/code
Training Support (Note: To be conducted in both CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom [OIF] and Operation Enduring Freedom [OEF], as well as Embedded Software Trainer Development of toolkits and software engineering efforts within this list of requirements)
